You can get them as a CS meal with a drink & dessert (chips, etc.). At the Fife & Drum in Epcot too, outside the American pavillion, and Safari Turkey Legs in AK.
If you get them at the Lunching Pad at MK do they come with a drink and chips too? Can a kid order that on the counter service menu? I didn't see a kids menu on that restraunt.

My understanding is there is no difference between Adult & Child CS credits. Only TS Credits are broken down by Adult/child. Some CMs will not let you order more Adult CS meals than adults listed on the card at one time, but you can have another adult go through the line too if you need to.
My understanding is that if there is no child's menu, then a child on DDP can use their credit to order whatever an adult on DDP can order on the menu.
Here's what it says on the mousesavers website:
A few quick service locations don't have a kids' menu. That means you can order any combo or entree on the menu with a child credit. These locations are: Casey's Corner at Magic Kingdom; Catalina Eddie's and Toluca Legs Turkey Company at Disney's Hollywood Studios; Sommerfest at Epcot (Germany) and Yorkshire County Fish Shop at Epcot (UK)
