Let me begin with I didn't know what thread to put this under. So if there is a more appropriate one and someone has the knowledge, could you please relocate it? Thank you!!!!

So we have our trip coming up mid-October. 15 DAYS!!!! VERY EXCITED! It will be dh, dd (4) and ds (almost 2.) We had everything planned out. Staying at the royal rooms at POR, lots of character meals, MNSSHP, fantasmic dinner package! This was going to be an awesome trip!!! 5 months my hip started bothering me. Went to the orthopedic to get things all done before the trip so I would be good to go (Figured physical therapy and all will be fine.) Well, after various attempts at making it better I finally had an MRI and found I have a torn labrum in my hip. Waiting to see the specialist, but it is looking like surgery. There is a possibility that I can put it off until after the trip. I can walk and go for days at a time with no problem (I went to Great America last weekend and was fine) but then there are days I can hardly walk. There is no rhyme or reason to it. If I have surgery before I don't know how that can affect walking. We will have a double stroller with the kids, so I don't think a wheelchair is a good option. And I do not really want to be in a wheel chair. And of course it will be hit or miss if it is bothering me to walk (and even if it is I can probably tolerate it in the line even if it hurts.) I am really bummed and frustrated with this glitch to our trip!!! We don't want to change the trip as our family needs this right now. I just needed to vent. (Of course if anyone has experience a torn hip labrum I would love to hear about it!!!)
