Big Time WDW Withdrawals!

I have gone to WDW three times with DH - for a week in October 2000, for 12 days in November 2001 (we had a WDW wedding then) and in May of 2002 for a week (I had a conference that was held at CSR, and we tacked on a few extra days.) I also went on two other trips with my family and with some friends before I met DH.

Well, I know that we won't be going back for quite some time. We moved from New Hampshire to California about three months ago - which means that zipping down for the weekened is now pretty much out of the question. We are also expecting our first baby this July, and DH is adamant about not going to WDW until our child is a little older , maybe 4 or 5 (I think the screaming babies on the plane ride home from our Christmas trip to New England scared the heck out of him!!)

Anyway - 4 or 5 years is a long time to wait for another trip to WDW! Waahhh!

(Though - we are much closer to DL now, and I've never been there....)

Enjoy Disneyland. Your husband may be ready to go back to WDW in two years....in the mean time....enjoy being so close to Disneyland.

Oh, yes, see if you can fit a long weekend down to DL before the baby arrives! There's a lot you can do, even pregnant. DCA if worth the visit too. It's just a 6 hour drive (we've been known to do it in less time!) Will you be able to leave the baby with a grandparent while you vacation for a few days? There's a quick trip to WDW (still a plane ride with a baby, though.)

Okay, you all have convinced me (or should I say, Rajah's pictures convinced me.)

I have to go on a work trip next month to LA - maybe I can have DH fly down on Friday to meet me, and we can spend the weekend in Disneyland! Yay!
