My DH got a pin code. When I called to make the reservation the CM found a 40% associated with our household. The pin code I was calling about was only 20%. Needless to say I happily booked the 40%!! After calling several times to CRO and waiting for an email or postcard (ours was emailed btw) I was thrilled with the 40%. The CM was helpful and friendly - one of those CM's at CRO that knows whats going on. Anyway, I recently called to book a couple of additional nights at AKL. The CM helping me said that the wrong code was given to me. I kindly asked if it would be honored (deposit and part of trip had already been paid). After being on hold for 10 minutes she came back on the line and said yes. However, I had to take down information to have at check in incase the hotel says we owe more - even if paid in full. She assured me it wouldn't be a problem and that it was also noted on my ressie.
Thank goodness I called and found this out. Oh, and I ended up not doing the split stay
