Big THANKS to Mandymouse!!

Just wanted to Thank Mandy (and make her blush infront of you all!!).
A few months back I sent a plea to anyone going to Disney to pick up a certain brand of talc for me as its heals my sons scarring on his hand. Carolfoy kindly posted me 2 tubs on her return!!.

Without me knowing or asking Mandy bought home a large tub of the talc and posted it to me!!....It was a wonderful surprise and she remembered even after a few months and without me knowing!!

THANK YOU MANDY FROM ME AND OF COURSE SAM.......You are one very kind and generous lady

That was a very nice thing to do Mandy, I know I said this before when Carol did the same thing, but these Dis boards are made up of some wonderful people.

Thanks for your concerns for Sam!!

In the winter it seems to get worse with the cold as they can get chapped and the weeping is alot worse BUT putting the powder on everyday helps so much!!!!. I have spoken to my GP and he says if its doing the job then keep at it!!.

Last week we were told by the consultant Sam is ready for his last (hopefully!!) but major skingraft. Its going to be in the summer so hopefully things will get better then. It will probably stop us going on holiday (Disney Of Course!!) this year and thats whats upsetting Sam!!

Bless him last night he said he would stay with Grandma & Grandad if we still want to go!! ....its a tough choice but think I will give it a miss!!...hee hee

I must have missed what happened to your son's hand. I'm glad, though, that things are better for him. Bless him for saying he would stay behind and let you go to Disney
