Big Sister shirt Design-Need help!!

Okay, I have been making lots of shirts for my Disney trip. Well I get a call from my DSil who is pregnant. She has a 3 year old girl and is expecting her 2nd girl.

My neice wants a shirt that says "Big Sister" and has all the Mickey and Gang characters.

Do any of you have something like this or could someone make one.

Thanks for all that you do, we really enjoy the shirts as part of our vacation.
