big river grille or espn

hi, if you had to choose, which would it be - big river grille or espn? reasons why? thanks in advance

ESPN, without hesitation. We have tried Big River a couple of times - the food is adequate but not consistent & the service on both trips was not up to par. ESPN food is consistent - the service is good & who doesn't love all the TV's with sports - sports - sports. Try the wings at ESPN - I love them.

Espn if there is anything good on in sports, especially in the evening. We enjoy eating outside at Big River. The food is above average bar food at both places.

We stay at BWV every December and usually eat at both once per trip. I would also pick ESPN for both food & service. If you're a sports fan, they sometimes broadcast from there. We do like sitting outside at Big River if the weather is nice (warm but not hot).

I agree, we always eat at ESPN for lunch when we're at Epcot. It can be little noisy, but worth it. I like their club wrapper, but my brother has to have their wings.

Afterwards, we head to the Boardwalk Bakery for dessert.

Guess I can't change your mind now, but--
I have enough of ESPN on TV at home--never interested in going to a place just to watch MORE TV.
And if you like beer, it's BRG hands down. The offerings at ESPN consist of not much more than the usual suspects. Sitting outside at the BRG with a Wowzer's Wheat and perhaps a burger, or their meatloaf-not bad at all!!

Is it necessary to have priority seating for ESPN or can we just stroll in?

No PS at ESPN. There is a line that forms outside the door & as tables become available they seat you. Don't let the length of the line scare you - it generally moves pretty quickly. There is no wait seating at tables around the bar area. You just kind of troll around until someone leaves, if you choose that option.
