Big river grille ADR question

On the dinning page for Big River Grille it states that they do not accept ADR's. However the page also states that reservations are suggested.
Has anyone ever made ADR's for this place?

Yep, I agree it's a little confusing

Though the Big River Grille restaurant is on the DDP, it is not a Disney-owned restaurant, so you can't call the Disney Dining Reservation number to get ADR's there.

The Big River Grille books your reservations through it's own reservation system instead of Disney's. You just have to contact the restaurant directly to get a reservation. Info is:

Again, there's no problem using the DDP there, you just can't get an ADR through Disney...

Ok I just called them and the lady on the phone said she would take my priority seating now for June but that 4 or 5 days would be just as well. She want to make sure that I understood that they are a walkup resturant that takes priority seating not a reservation.
