Big ole dork here

Hi guys -

Not really a question, more of an observation. I got to meet a lot of the team at the Indy meet and I'm going to go all fangirl here for a moment.

I got to stand around outside and chat with Pete and Dustin for a while and I was really impressed with what an easy conversation it was. I don't know what I expected, but it was awesome to be able to chat about Disney and some other random things. They are so friendly and "normal"! I can't even say exactly how cool it was.

Theresa was a hoot to chat with! We have cats as well and I loved talking about her kitties and various other critters.

I missed being able to talk to Corey or Julie and Craig was busy setting up for the podcast.

Now for the important part... Dustin is HOT! And I love his voice, it's even better in person! Yummy!

I loved, loved, loved meeting everyone and getting to chat with them like real people! So, yes, I'm a big ole dork. And proud of it!

I'm glad you posted this. Many of the DIS fans are afraid to approach the podcasters in the parks or at events, but we've always found them to be "real people". They are easy to chat with and always welcome their fans.

I am too. I only have been to one party and chatted with John for a few seconds. I enjoyed myself and hope to be able to go to another one.

I am shy with strangers so it is hard but I do it. I keep hoping I will bump into Kathy or Teresa one day in the park. I find their videos to be a hoot and would love to see more. I also want to ask Teresa about Klaus since I am a cat lover (dog lover too).

I am so glad that you went to the Indy Meet and decided to post here. It's a friendly place with lots of great discussions going on. I hope to see you share your thoughts on one of the threads!!

Will you be going to DISapalooza in Dec? If not, we have a lot of other great DIS Meets coming up to help raise money for GKTW. I'd love to meet you!
