Big guy issues!-need some help!

Robo is absolutely right about BTM I had no problem at all with it, in fact my 9 yr old DD loved riding with me on it cause she got lots of "float " time..

BTW Robo ..That is the funniest tag line I have EVER seen ...it almost made me spit out my early morning Mickey Bar

I love Fan Mail!

Glad I could make "Grumpy" laugh.

DH, who is Pooh sized too (as am I) noticed some problems with theatre style seats in American Adventure. But he sat on the end and they had seats without arms on one side and he was fine. A few other theatre style seats at other shows were fine and in some they have bench style seats on the sides and he did that in 1 or 2 without even trying the regular seats. It seems Disney does a good job of accommodating all size people. He's never had any problems on any of the rides, however, he doesn't do the thrill type rides. Size has nothing to do with it :rotfl: He just doesn't like them. So if I were you, I wouldn't worry too much, just go and have a great time

ooh, i just remembered the one place that dh and i were both uncomfortable... SciFi Dine In... the cars are verrrrrry tight... overall we tend to prefer tables instead of booths anyway, but those were the worst!

And the Sci-Fi Dine-In does have tables if you prefer.

Soaring is a little tight too - my DF went on it, and noticed it this weekend. Nothing to worry about belly-wise, but the hip area felt at little tight to him. But he's gotten onto Dumbo before, so, hey, no big deal.

Double-Post.
Twice the FUN!

I've ridden Soarin' well-over a dozen times and have discovered (over time) that those seats are unique... in that if you "scooch" (wiggle) forward or back a little in them, you can find a more comfortable "fit" for your particular "size".
;)

Just sit down and then move around a bit until it feels right for you, then buckle -up.

It only takes a couple of seconds but it can make a big difference in comfort.
:thumbsup2

Some rides might be tight but there is nothing that he won't be able to ride. Universal might be another story.

The only places I have had trouble in WDW are Sci-Fi and Muppets. I figured out the table thing in Sci-Fi, but the Muppets still give me trouble, the seats are very small.
