Big group for August 2016, any tips?

We have a group of six headed to the parks for five days but with a four day park hopper ticket. Me and my boyfriend go very often but have never been with any more than the 2 of us! I'm wondering if any one can give advice on how the trip will be different and what we should prepare for. I can imagine getting a fourth fastpass and so on will be more difficult. Three of our group haven't been since they were babies so we can't wait to share Disney with them for virtually the first time!

Since you've been to Disney frequently, I'm sure you know all the ins and outs of Disney. Hopefully you made all your dinner reservations and FP+ already. A 4th FP shouldn't be too hard to get. The FP's available will be for the less popular rides.

Well, my standard for anyone going with others is to ask, "Is everyone on the same page?"

Do they all like thrill rides? Everyone a morning person? What are the expectations for meals? What's the budget? If everyone is NOT on the same page in all areas, then you are set up for conflict/disappointment. Are the 6 people paired up? Any children? Anyone with health issues?

Instead of doing a lot of group planning, _I_ would plan a group meal each day and then let people explore WDW on their own terms.
