BIG FISH ~ What a great movie!

Saw it in the theaters and just loved it!! Made me laugh. Made me cry! I bought 2 today. One for dad for his B'day (Such a great "dad" movie) and one for me! Can't wait to watch it again! I wish the kids would hurry up and shower so we can pop it in.

I bought it today. I am sure I will love it but my husband is not a Tim Burton fan. Do you think its likeable for those who are immune to the Burton magic?

It is a good movie??? After seeing the previews I wasn't so sure! But now I will have to rent it, noone I knew had seen the movie!

People talk a lot about this movie, and it's for a very good reason. I absolutly loved this movie.

It was so amazingly done!!! Well, look who directed it ; Tim Burton. That explains a lot right there.

If you are going to buy/ rent a movie, make sure it's Big Fish .

I saw it in the theatre.. it just did not do it for me.. and I am avid movie goer and huge collector of films.. I must have been having an "off" night. I will give it a second chance and see what I think.

Just finished watching it a few minutes ago. It was just as good at home as it was in the theater. DD's 8,10 & 12 LOVED it. They sat through the whole thing without moving. They were mesmerized. I cried AGAIN. Can't help myself. I am such a sap. What a wonderful story!! (DH missed the beginning and went upstairs. He'll watch it in the am)

It's an odd movie...........I can't explain it without telling too much.

Watch it and see for yourselves. I know I couldn't breath when it was over..............

I liked big fish a lot. It was like a grown-up fairy tale. And it was a very touching movie. Though I am partial to tim burton.

Keep a hanky handy, Todd. This one had me blubbering.

I really enjoy all of Burton's works and this one instantly became one of my favorites. I think it's a wonderful film.

I bought it at Sam's yesterday and DH, DD and I watched it last night for the first time...... it was wonderful...... I got a kick out of hearing Steve Buscemi doing a southern accent
I also was impressed with Matthew McGrory as Carl the giant...
wow is he big!

I loved this movie! I saw it in theatres right after it came out and it made me sniffle here & there. That's right a movie besides something with bruce lee in it can make this man cry too :cool3:
