Big Fig Collectors

New to this forum.

My wife and I have a lot of Disney collectibles, one of which is a Dumbo Big Fig. I'm trying to find out what this is worth now. NO NO we are not planning to sell it.

Does anyone have a list of what all big figs are worth. My daughter and son-in-law have over 30.

Well, I have no idea about big figs, but with WDCC, as long as it's still available in the stores, it's worth what it costs in the stores or less.
Otherwise, it depends on the numbers available: was it a limited edition, special edition, ...?

Ebay can give you an idea about what it's worth. See if you can find one like yours on eBay, and see what it get sold for.



And THE rule: something is worth as much as someone else wants to pay for it!

I collect big figs too. Which dumbo one do you have - if I remember correctly they have now done 3 dumbos.

There is a website that has some info and a lady there who is OR has done a book it was supposed to come out in Dec and now it says coming soon anyway it's supposed to be all about the disney big figs. I have been trying to order the book but I get no response to my messages.

The Dumbo we have, has been retired for a few years. I think it was the first one to come out.

We received it in 2001.

My daughter and Husband have 30+, and right now they are still in boxes. No suitable place to display them yet. They have stop collecting them for now, and instead bought in to DVC.

We are member of the Disney Collectors Society, and have many of the smaller statues.

We have slowed down our collecting, anc continue to display what we have. Most of my family are not Disney Fanatics.

I have one that is either very rare or very worthless, since I don't have the box anymore. It's the Cheshire Cat from the Disney Auctions.

I think it was limited to 250, but I don't remember.

Anyone have any ideas of what it's worth? I'm hoping at least $250.

I am new on here and don't know if this is the right place to ask this, but I have a big fig of Lady & the Tramp, but the one I have is different than the one that I think is called wet cement. Does anyone know how many different ones they made and if they only made two? I know the wet cement one is newer than my. Any value???
