Big family trip - BWV and VWL

We are doing a big trip with our kids next December and since we didn't own enought points at any one resort (190-BWV, 150-SSR, 150-VWL), we had to book three families at BWV and one family at VWL. I'm hoping at the 7-month window to be able to switch the VWL ressie to BWV, but if I can't, is there a room or view or anything I should add to my request over at VWL?

From your experience, do you think I'll be able to make the switch at 7-months? It's a one-bedroom.

Whatever happens, I'm excited to think that all 17 of us will be there for a week.

December is getting tough for 7-month reservations. Always possible, but you can't count on it. I wouldn't worry however. It's possible one of the families would prefer the extra privacy.

As for VWL requests, there's not much. Almost all the rooms face trees. It's worth requesting "lake-side", which gives you a hint of lake view through the trees. And if anyone has trouble walking, you should request "near-elevator".

It could happen, you will most definitely have to waitlist. Sounds like a great trip either way!
