Big dog and little dog

My parents recently purchased a fifth wheel trailer and plan to take it to Fort Wilderness on the upcoming family Disney trip. (My dh and children are booked for AoA.)
We need to book parents soon since we are 8 days from our 180 day dinner rezzie window.

Can my parents bring their dogs? They have a lab/pit/we-aren't-really-sure large breed dog and a Chihuahua (again, we aren't really sure exactly). Or one or the other?

They typically leave the big dog at home, and the neighbors take care of her. But they like to bring the little one everywhere since she's not really an emotionally healthy individual, and tends to get overly depressed in kennels (and neighbors can't handle her. No one can.).

If this is allowed, is there a nightly fee for having one or both of them there? If there is a fee, does it cover both of them, or just one of them? They might want to bring a cat too, but I'm not certain.

This is all new to them. They are taking their new trailer out to a local park this weekend to test things out.

On a related note, my older child likes to spend the night with them a lot. Can we allow her to do that, or will my parents incur an extra fee for having another person on site occasionally? (She would be a registered guest with us, but will likely ask on the spur of the moment to spend the night with them.)

Another question: We would likely want to eat with them on evenings that we don't have reservations for dinner. We plan to bring one or two crock pots and make a roast or soups, etc., and have a normal meal.
Would parking our van at their camp site for a few hours be a problem or get them in any sort of trouble? Would we need to pay for parking? Again, we are onsite guests, but at a different resort (AoA). Thanks in advance.

Pet fee $5 a night, should cover the entire herd they are bringing, cat included.

Campsites are allowed 10 guests.

By the rules, each site is allowed one vehicle. My advice is park at the overflow lot and have them drive up there and pick you up. Since you are already a Disney guest you won't be charged for parking.

Let me ditto everything Tiggerdad has above. We bring our whole collection of furbabies. They will n eed proof that all are up to date on their shots. Our vet provides us with a letter on her letterhead stating that never needed it but we get one from her annually just in case. There is a designated walking area with access at rears of loops 1600 and 1800. This is a along a canal so at night a GOOD flashlight is a must. Disney does provide waste clean up bags at the entry sites for cleaning up after them and I make sure I have extras in my pockets anytime we have them out of our coach.
As for your child staying with them. Make sure she has her Magic Band with her and you should be fine. You can have Mom and Dad list her on their ressie as well just to be sure

Another "Ditto" to what has been said, but adding that while the rules say ONE vehicle at the site, you could probably get away with parking at their site AS LONG AS all vehicles are completely on the site and not in the road (or surrounding grass). Many sites now have a "Line" painted to delineate where the "Site" ends and the "Road" begins too.

I don't know if you can list your DD on YOUR reservation as well as your parents. Either way I don't see an issue staying as long as the number of "Guests" is under 10. You would however have some issues with pool usage. You must be a "Guest" to the resort to use the pool (No pool hopping Allowed). Go back to the "Reservation" if she can be listed on both reservations, I wouldn't be an issue (to use the pool), but I don't Disney's system will allow her to be on both reservations at the same time. Your best bet on that one (if using the Pool is a concern) is to call and speak with a CM directly. If the pool is not an issue otherwise, I don't think you will have a problem.
