I figure they should just make it the basis of the fifth gate. Call it Construction World, push out a new movie in the Cars/Planes universe called Diggers for the IP tie-in. The back-story is that they're trying to build Lightning McQueens latest Race Track and training area (which is as close as Florida will ever come to getting DCA's Radiator Springs). Disney could sell it having an educational angle, and get it sponsored by Caterpillar.

Take that Universal.

There is a diggerland park already. It's run by jcb construction equipment from England. Plus in Vegas there's a place using cat equipment also.
