big changes in plans for Christmas now..

My DD25 called me the other day to inform me that Christmas Eve with her father's family was cancelled and she would be spending time with just him and his girlfriend.

I had to just call her to tell her that Christmas with my dad and my family has to be cancelled for a while. My dad's wife is very sick in the hospital. Now I really need to get out to the grocery store since I am doing ALL of the cooking. EEEEEEEKKKKKKKKKk!!!! Sure hope there are some turkeys leftover.

Wew, I can not believe the how crowded the grocery store was. The parking lot was a zoo. I thought I would never get home. Did end up buying a turkey. I thought department stores would be crowded, didn't think about grocery stores. It took DD11 and I 3 1/2 hours to get our groceries. that is shopping time, standing in line to pay, and then getting out of the parking lot.

Sure hope I didn't forget anything.
