Big Cat Rescue

Has anyone gone over to Tampa for a tour of the Big Cat Rescue? How was it? How long of a drive?

I did several years ago. It's about a 2 hour drive, if I'm remembering correctly, and was nice. The tour is basically walking around and looking at the different cats in their enclosures while learning their stories. I liked it, and I'm huge into animal rescue and big cats in general, but I don't know that I would do it again. Only if I was with someone who really wanted to do it.

DW and I have talked about going over there but have never made the trip. We occasionally watch the cats on Explore.org. I agree that it is a 90-120 minute drive down I-4 then a bit north and west of downtown Tampa.
