I just read a site that said that the loophole is that you don't get a penalty nomination if you are on slop and eat food because you are "taunted" by the food.

I have no idea if this is true.

But Jen will still get a penalty vote for destroying Dick's smokes.

No, it was a "ding" each time Dani "scored" I think. Dani only wanted Amber to keep her safe for the next time she was HOH, but Amber started talking and talking, and basically, promised Dani lots more safety. So each time she added something, I think they rang the bell, like "another point for Danielle."

OMG Amber is pathetic! I swear she is really, really, really dumb! Brain cells.........missing in action!

it appears that BB8 took the penalty nomination away from Jen for violating the rules. Seems like she found a loophole in the rules.

What I heard was that it is in their contract that they have to go to the sequester house if they are on the jury. But, if they choose to leave, they will not get to vote for final two. So, there will be one less vote for final two. I would imagine once they leave sequester, they forfeit any additional weekly stipends as well.

Honestly, this whole thing is a bunch of crap. I am so tired of CBS manipulating and interfering in this game. I see this season as being the last season of Big Brother. How could they make up all these rules and then just pick and choose which rules work best for them? Doesn't seem fair to us as viewers, and it certainly isn't fair for the contestants.

So whether BB is giving him any more, I don't know But I lean towards saying they do....

They only replaced the ones that were trashed.

So to me they are his personal property. Tea washes out-and there was barely anything in that cup. Pouring bleach on something is irreversable. Like I have said before, both of them have gone way to far and need to just mellow out! BB does not supply people with ciggs. They might have replaced the ones that were destroyed, but that is it.

I think the difference between dumping the tea on Jen and squirting the mustard on the shirt are different 'crimes' in that those things were reversable. Meaning the items could be saved. The cigs were destroyed beyond repair and that brings it to a new level of damage. Yes, they are replaceable, but they were his and he did not use or destroy them. She should be responsible for 'repairing' the damage she did.
Im guessing that if the mustard left a permanent stain BB would replace that since it was their idea.

I do think slop is cruel IMHO but everyone agrees to the rules I guess.

I do think other things have been done as bad as ruining the cigs (only because BB can replace the cigs). This seems very petty but I DO NOT think he should have been alowed to pour a drink on her head.

Maybe choose ppl who are from small towns in completely different places all over instead of the LA area, where they are prima donnas and rich and don't need the $$'s and who are not celebrites or wanna be celebrities. One from the NE, SE, NW, SW in the midwest and just all together different places AND NO RELATIVES

I totally agree. BB is so interested in incorporating a "twist" into each season now that they are forced to recruit hgs. There were 4 people this season that were recruited for the show, Nick(originally auditioned for Survivor), Jen(thinks she can become a model from this), Dustin and Carol(both recruited to pull off the "twist").

I think the reason I like Eric so much is that he is a true fan of the show. He wants to be there. He knows the game front to back. Unlike Jen, who admits she never even heard of the show and saw it for the first time when she viewed videos that were supplied to her from BB.

Supposedly there is to be another twist revealed in week 7, which is this week or next(I'm not sure which). I have this funny feeling that Jen plays a big role in this twist. Why else would they recruit a person that doesn't even know about the game? And why is BB so determined to keep Jen in the game?

I'll not get to see the show on Thursday or keep up with it 'cause I am leaving on a Disney cruise tomorrow morning - guess I'll have a lot of catching up to do when I return Sunday afternoon.

I won't use the Internet Cafe on the ship due to the increased cost recently. I used to get it when they let us pay a set amount for the entire cruise, but they don't do that anymore.

He might be smoking them faster than he usually does, so he might have been worried he was going to run out. I just remember his comment, a least a couple weeks ago. I can imagine though that he is smoking more each day than usual, since he has nothing to do all day.

I am pretty sure I heard he was a bartender.

ETA: I was just getting ready to post about Jen on todays live feeds. She has been walking around the house all day long in nothing but a bikini. I really think she thinks this is her way to get a modeling contract or something. She is just aimlessly walking around from room to room, posing every once in a while in front of the mirrors. So, then she stops in the kitchen and reaches up and miraculously her bikini top pops right off. She couldn't have planned it any better. I think she is on the lookout for a Playboy/Penthouse contract next. She just stood there for 2 - 3 minutes, covering her breasts with her hands. Like a shirt was going to pop out of thin air or something.
