I pretty much think Vanessa's a shoe-in to win. She has won this week's HOH, has won Veto, will target JMac (because she knows she can't beat him or Liz in a final two situation), and she will not be on the block next week, most likely, so she will be the sole casting vote. Basically, she has control over this week and next.

I must be missing something that the people in the house see, but I don't see. Why would you not be trying to break up Austin/Liz at this point? If anyone in the house thinks that Austin will take anyone but Liz to the final 2, and that Liz will take anyone but Austin, they are clearly mistaken. I don't think anyone in the jury would vote for Steve to win? What has he done in the game? He had the opportunity to get rid of Liz, and instead the decision was to eliminate Julia, clearly the weaker of the 2 players. What has Johnny Mac done other than win Veto's? Vanessa has been the one who has played the best strategic game, and regardless of how the jury feels about being booted, historically, the jury votes for the person who has played the game the game the best, not who was 'best liked' or figured a way to get to the end.

So now Johnny Mac has veto. Liz or Austin will need to go up, and I bet they all vote out Steve....bad choice. Austin or Liz should go up (probably Austin) and then they should be the one voted out. I'd never be cast to be on the show....I'm to logical in my thinking. They cast some real idiots this year.

So, now she'll have to put up either Austin or Liz. She'll probably be the tie breaker at eviction because Austin/Liz will vote for Steve and Johnny Mac SHOULD vote for Austin/Liz.

Why doesn't she get that she is #3 in their three person alliance?

I think Vanessa feels like she can absolutely win against everyone but JMac in a final two (although it seems like she feels Liz had a 50/50 shot against Vanessa to win). She seems to have everyone else (except JMac) convinced that no one would vote for her on the jury so feels pretty safe even if she goes on the block next week. I bet Liz goes up as a replacement and there is a split vote so Vanessa as HOH has to make the decision.

I think if it is Vanessa and Liz in the F2 it will be a toss up as to who wins. I still think Vanessa will win as she has manipulated every one in the house. However, Liz has won comps and doesn't have the "blood on her hands" like Vanessa does. From what I have been reading John is in the lead by a big margin for Americas Favorite Player. I don't get why anyone would vote for him over James. In the beginning he has thrown comps but then just coasted along I don't really see much game play from him. If it is Vanessa and Austin Vanessa wins. If it is Steve and Vanessa again Vanessa wins. If it is Austin and Liz wow I guess Liz wins. If it is John and Vanessa again Vanessa wins. In order for any of them to have a chance they need to get rid of Vanessa.

I agree with everyone that Vanessa should win if she gets to the end. She has played a great game! The whole point of the game is to win. To win, you have to manipulate, get blood on your hand and make enemies. However, so many of these people get caught up with trying to play without making enemies. Ridiculous, it's a game, not life. Hopefully, the jury will see it that way and not be spiteful. I wonder about Jackie, Shellee and Meg. Like I said way back, Jackie and Shellee are desperate to become celebs and they hate that they lost camera time when they got voted out. They will blame Vanesa for that. Meg did nothing the whole time in the house and she stuck to James like glue. If Clay had stayed in the house, she won't have even talked to James. Again, she will just blame Vanessa. None of them will acknowledge that even though Vanessa was responsible for so many people leaving, she played brilliant.

Agree! But I don't think they will get rid of Vanessa because she had everyone convinced that no one will vote for her in the end.
