Did anyone watch the episode last night? What did you think?

I loved it!! One of the few times I actually bothered to watch something without the help of my DVR.
I thought it was done so well and quite touching and funny all at the same time.

Great episode! I laughed outloud several times. Loved the scenes between Sheldon & Amy but I nearly cried laughing at Will Wheaton and his "Live long and suck it!" I may just watch it again thru OnDemand.

When I first heard they were doing this I thought it felt a little icky because it felt like a real moment between real people, not characters. But they handled it really well and found it both sweet and funny. I really hope Mayim Bialik gets an Emmy for this season. I think she has been beyond outstanding all year.

The tie in to the Star Wars premier was fantastic and loved the back and forth between the two scenes here.

When they first leaked what would happen last night, I was apprehensive because I couldn't imagine Sheldon getting over his aversion to it since he is so stubborn. However, then I started thinking about how much he has grown over the years that he's been with Amy, and also through being friends with Penny and Bernadette, too. I'm happy for Shamy, and I hope this brings them closer together and he starts to respect her needs even more.

Liked it, think they handled the Amy/Sheldon relationship with as much respect as you could in a situation comedy. And poked a little fun at Star Wars fans in the process (it's only a movie, etc.).

Initial thought was boy Bob Newhart sounds OLD now doesn't he?! Then I looked it up and he's 86 so my feelings switched to he's doing well for his age!

My dh and I were watching it and absolutely loved it. The back and forth was great. It is nice to see Sheldon grow up.

I knew that my ds was going to Star Wars last night so I texted him this morning to watch Big Bang and he had already watched it while eating breakfast.

Darn! Not available on the on demand in our area. Any other way to watch other than waiting for rerun months from now?
