Biff's Enchanted Birthday Trip...Twas' the week before Christmas

Just got back from our two week vacation today and I am sad to see your report is over, but I read it all. I'm sorry to hear about your cousin and also about biff being sick...that really stinks. We went and checked out dvc while we were in wdw too and then again on the ship we went to the presentation. We got a $100 dollar gift card for going at wdw...it was a promo they were running with the deluxe resorts...I think is what the guy said. I read in your tr about going up to the observation deck at cali grill...you can go up there and have drinks in the lounge area and they also serve the full menu there. Its on a first come first serve basis though so you'd want to go in the afternoon, but if you do then you can show your receipt later on and come back to see wishes...we ate there and then went out on the observation deck for wishes...AMAZING! Highly recommended! That way you wouldn't have to sneak like you were saying. Just food for thought. I really enjoyed your report and all your pictures! I hope you get to go back to go back to the world soon! I should be starting my report sometime within the next few days. Oh and I hope your migraines go away...I get them too so I can relate!

I just want to say that you take awesome pictures Scott!!! One of the things that i regret from our last trip in Sept. is not taking enough pics! But when we go in May i want to make sure and take more!

I'm sorry to see it end too. Your report did give me inspiration for my upcoming trip. It will be the first without kids and it is nice to see that 2 adults can still have a lot of fun and get in line for characters, I always used my DGS for that. I am also going to spend a lot more time exploring AK. Hope things work out and you get to go in June.

Scott, I have to agree with you on POR and POFQ. At both resorts every CM would say hi how are you, enjoying your stay etc. I am a bit disapoointed you did not enjoy CSR, I was hoping to stay ther eon our next trip. Though I really fell in love with Poly. Biff you crack me up!!!!!!! I want a flower for my hair! What is up with the tip for CSR, do they add it right on at the register?

they are very different resorts. POR will always be my favorite.
no your supposed to leave it on the table for the server. I will visit CSR again but will not stay there again.

thanks, that was not it, it was the puzzle box that had 4 seperate puzzles from all 4 parks in it. it was only 10 bucks, it had the castle, tree of life, epcot ball, and the sorceror hat, and each puzzle was 250 pieces. i am still kicking myself for not getting it when i saw it in MGM that day.

We're not exactly sure but are thinking of flying in to DC, tour there for a few days, rent a car and beach it at Virginia Beach and North Carolina's Outer Banks, then fly back home from NC. We're also thinking about California too. However, the east coast trip would involve some historical stuff which would be good for the kiddos!

We have some time, we'll probably go late this summer.

We got the apartment. The official letter came today.

We are moving.

and in other news it looks like we might be going to London for 4 days then Paris for 4 days and then Disneyland Paris for 2. This will be during the summer.
