Here are this week's showtimes from Steve Soares' website. Steve updates his information every weekend:

Experience the excitement of Oktoberfest with a festive dinner show in the Biergarten.
Daily at 1:15, 2:15, 3:15, 4:45, 5:55, 7:00 & 8:05pm
Length of show: 25 minutes
Seating based on restaurant availabilty.

Thanks for the quick responses! This is our first trip and I am trying to work all this out to make ADRs tomorrow! So, to make sure we are seated for the 7pm show, it would be good to make reservations at maybe 6 or 6:30?

Yes, 6:30 would be good. But keep in mind that show times might be different the week you are at WDW.

We also want to eat there and view the entertainment. Is there a price difference between lunch and dinner? When is the latest lunch/entertainment served?
