Biergarten-Lunch or Dinner?

Is there much difference between what is offered at lunch and dinner at the Biergarten? We have the deluxe dining plan and are trying to decide if we want to do lunch or dinner.

Well, I always say if you're on the DP, then get the most out of it and use your credits for DINNER. The thing is, at Biergarten there isn't ALOT of difference in the buffet between lunch and dinner. I think at dinner you get a rouladen(beef?) that isn't served at lunch and possibly salmon or something else?? Otherwise, the buffet is almost the same b/w the two. We did the dinner on the DP last year, but b/c i didn't notice much difference, we'll go back to paying for lunch here.

We love the entertainment with the dinner. The german band is fabulous. I'm not sure if they perform at lunch time. We always enjoy the dinner buffet but have never tried lunch there.

My last trip I enjoyed both a dinner and a lunch at Biergarten. As I recall the menu was almost exactly the same. And the entertainment was there for both meals (I think they work on a specific schedule, not just lunch or dinner).

Ask what the times are for Lunch and Dinner, then, book the last available seating for lunch!!! You will get to experience both!!!! And pay the lunch prices!!! As far as I know, this is the only buffet that has overlapping times. The late lunch seatings are very popular and book up fast!!!! I have tried before every trip to book a late lunch and have not been able to do so.
