Can anyone recommend what time I should book my ADR if I am wanting to see the "show" while eating? We are hoping to arrive maybe 15 minutes prior to showtime for dinner. TIA

The show plays throughout the day. I don't think they are on a schedule anyone can give you. They definitely play at least once every hour or so, so I don't see how you would miss it.

The show times for Biergarten are 1:15 PM, 2:15 PM, 3:15 PM, 4:45 PM, 5:55 PM, 7:00 PM and 8:05 PM.

I would recommend about 30 minutes before the show. This will give you time in case they seat you late and also allow you to get your food (it is buffet style). This has always worked for us.
