Biergarten band times?

If we wanted to do a lunch what time would be best for making sure the kids see the band? I keep seeing conflicting times...

Just as a planning thing. The performance is about twenty minutes. I usually will make our reservation about 1/2 hour or twenty minutes before the band time. That way, we can get there, put in our drink orders, and get at least one helping of the buffet before the band starts. It really helps with kids because they aren't distracted by the entertainment until after they've had something to eat. It worked out perfectly with our granddaughter as she has "short attention span theatre" and once that band came out, she was done eating. But she had two plates before that and the adults were able to finish up and relax a bit until she was done dancing.
