We are heading down in a few days.
Hubby really wants to do dinner at the Biergarten on Sunday night while we are at Epcot.

Should I try to get reservations, or should we just wing it? I know its a slower time of year, and I'm not positive the exact time we'll be getting to Epcot.
Just wanted some input on how bad crowds are there this time of year for dinner.

If you really want to eat somewhere it is always best to have an ADR. Biergarten is very popular..the minute it opens you see the line of people trying to get in.

We are going in a few weeks. I made our Biergarten ADR at the 90 day mark. I just called a few days ago to change the time by 1/2 hour and I couldn't- it was all booked. So I would definitely call if it's someplace you have your heart set on.

I agree I would get an ADR if you really want to go. We tried one night we were there to just walk up and had no luck but got an ADR for a few evenings later.

We were there in early December, also a very slow time. and DH and I tried to walk-in one night, but they were all booked. So, I'd go ahead and make one.
