If the author of an article is a Ph.D. Since the last name goes first, does the "Ph.D." go after his last name or after his first name?

Which is correct?

Mouse, Mickey Ph.D. or

Mouse Ph.D., Mickey or is it

Mouse, Ph.D., Mickey

um... depends on the bibliographic format you are using (MLA, chicago, etc.)

But in all the formats I've used, you don't put in the Ph.D. at all.

It's not a "bibliography" anymore; it's a "Works Cited" page. And titles don't go in there. :)

If you have the latest version of Microsoft Word (2007), you just enter the info into fields, and it'll do it for you. My kids were so happy to hear that. :)
