If we have an afternoon appointment for Bibbity Bobbity Boutique, will I be able to "salvage" my girls' hairstyles for the next morning's breakfast at Cinderella's Castle? We have an 8:05 ADR at the castle, so we can't do BBB beforehand.

I took my dd to BBB last year during the September heat. And her hairstyle lasted through 2 nights of sleep! So, yes, I think it's definitely do able in your case.

Depends on the type of sleepers your girls are, but it shouldn't be a problem. Those Fairy Godmothers in Training use a ton of very special gel and those hairstyles are made to last. My 4 year old wore hers for 2 days before we shampooed the stuff out and she still had glitter on her scalp for about 2 weeks after we returned home!

Also, our FGIT, Pearl, was very nice and showed me how to do the hairstyle. I have repeated it many times at home when we are playing dress-up. Just ask, and i am sure that yours will be happy to do the same. That way, if you do need to make some repairs you'll know what to do. I would pack some gel and/or super strength hairspray so that you will have it on hand for some touch-ups.

My daughter's lasted through MNSSHP -AND- Blizzard Beach the entire next day (including Summit Plummet!) I think they used an entire can of my great aunt's Aqua Net on her hair! Somehow I don't think you'll have a problem.

You could get a hair net for her to sleep in if you're worried about it, though...

I think it depends. My dd wanted her hair down when we went to sleep. I think her head was sore from all the pins, etc.

I think my DD is in the minority- she wanted her hair down as soon as her photo shoot was over!!! She is 6 yrs old and it was really tight and uncomfortable for her with all the pins. She also hated the makeup and wanted to wash it off right away. My princess' hair did not last

my dd's was done early in the morning and by that night after MVMCP it was falling down. but she has very thick hair so I guess it just depends on the child and their hair type. Hopefully this year it will last longer.

My dd's hair lasted 2 or 3 days .. I can't remember .. I finally had to force to her to let me take it out .. she even took a shower with it still done LOL

My dd is the hardest and roughest sleeper ever and her hairstyles have
always lasted two days w/ a little touch up in the morning.

My daughter's hair stayed up for 5 days. My dauhter has very fine hair that was just above her shoulders, the do put alot of gel and spray to help with it staying, what does not is usuallu covered by the long pony tail thing they attach. Of course she refused to take it out! I had the rattiest looking princess in all of WDW! But she was happy. It did start to fall in the back a little, but I combed it back up and a spray and she was fine for the day.

My dd's lasted two days. It would have lasted longer but she wanted to swim. We went in August. She is a very restless sleeper and wakes up with uncontrolable "monster hair" every morning. We took the little crown out to go to bed and but it back in in the morning. I don't remember if we even had to put more hairspray in.

LOL! They do! Just don't get the pump kind because it goes on really wet and takes too long to dry, my DD is in dance so when she has recitals I get the good ol'aerosol and spray away.
