Bibbidi Bobbodi Boutique !!!!????

Hello at WDW Dec 13-20th. Have my 5.5 DD booked to go to bibbidi BB for hair and nail and make-up. wanted to do the costume as well but holy heck that price is insane. My DD has all the princess costumes, will there be a problem with her bringing her own and putting it on?

anything else I should know? be prepared for?

Just tid bit you can bring your own costume and after doing the whole makeover you can have the photos done and you do not have to order the prints you can put them on your photopass and have all of the photos that they take it some makes the photopass cd worth it. Have a great time we get there two days before you leave and will be at BBB on the 19th.

My DD wore her own princess costume and most of the girls there at the same time did the same thing. Not a problem. Hope she has a great time. My DD loved it!

I agree, their castle package is very pricey! DD is 3, so it's really for mommy and daddy to ooh and ah over, maybe when she gets older and asks for it (for a bday or special occasion, then maybe...). But I was going to bring her own princess costume as well.


I saw some of the princesses had tiaras...I know you said it was ok to bring our own costumes, but can we bring our own tiny tiaras for the CM to put on her as well? TIA!!!

Yes you can bring your own tiaras or any other accessories that you may want to bring. Also the tiara is only included w/ the fairytale hairstyle and it is ten dollars extra for any other hairstyle you choose the same for the mickey barrette. We have done BBB three times and of the three times the we only did the castle package b/c one we were buying the dress and accessories as well as going to bbb so it only made sense and two it was for dd's bday. I think the only time it is worth it is if you are buying the dress, but also keep in mind that you can always modify the castle package you don't have to get the all or any of the accessories if you decide not to you don't have to buy the photo package.

I think her favorite time was this past feb when we were there we went to the castle location than to dinner at 1900 where she was chosen to open the dining room and cindy and prince charming escorted her to her table all of this was followed by the P&PP. It was an awesome night.

My daughter was turning 6 and she got the boutique as a suprise for her birthday. She wore her dress there and they took care of the rest. Her sash they provided even said "Birthday Princess" on it. A Disney photographer was there taking pictures in addition to mine, and then we took her to the photography studio around the corner and they took more of her in the studio's setting with props and all.

I videoed Boris w/ her saying the magic words to open the doors and when they opened there they were hand in hand and as soon as boris escorted her to them some lady jumped in front of me trying to get to them so I missed most of the interaction and the part where he seated her at the table but at least I got to see it. I have to admit that is the most magical night we have ever had on our many trips to disney.

She wants to be Mulan at BBB so I have the costume and the headpiece to pack and giver her the morning of. I also got her a little Mushu! Not sure what she will think when she doesn't look Mulanish when all is said and done...lol (hair,geisha)

She is booked at the BBB at the MK. I know this location is failry new.

Another thing you can do if you really want to surprise her if you can keep her from seeing the costume bring it to bbb w/ you and ask them to put it in the dressing room and let her change there.

I'm taking my two girls (3 & 7). It's a surprise, but they both have asked for it. My older one is all for the makeover, but thinks the dressing in the costume is for little girls. I'm hoping she changes her mind when she is finally there.

RC Mommy my older one was Mulan last yr after BBB- she got the middle style (not Princess, and not the one with the rainbow hair) she looked soo pretty - if I knew how to put up a picture of them I would! We didn't change until later (appointment was at 9 had diner at Epcot Princess MEal at 6 or something- hair was still PERFECT! )
