So I just realized that the DS BBB location is open and have made several attempts to call for an appointment, but it just goes to a "all circuits are busy" message every time. Is there any other way to check availability? It's a long shot anyway, our trip is only a month out a this point, but it never hurts to check. I just can't get through to even find out.

It seems to be close to reopening but I don't believe an official reopening date has been announced.

I have a castmember neighbor who used to work at BBB and was reassigned during Covid protocols, and when I chatted with her a couple of weeks ago she hadn't yet received word on when she'd be moved back.

I was able to book at 12am for Wed 11/9. I was actually shocked because I thought it opened at 6am. I was logging in to my account just to check and was pleasantly surprised when I saw numerous evening appointments for that day plus afternoon appointments for Thurs 11/10. When I checked back in the morning while doing my dining some were still there but all were gone for my 60+10 by 8am. GL!
