We are going to mnsshp in late Sept and since my dd wants to be a princess, I wanted to do bbb. They are booked the night of the party, what are the chances of getting a reservation btwn 4-7 that night? How often should I try?

Try everyday. Sometimes people report having success walking up same day. You can always try that if nothing else works out. Sorry you are having difficulty, but it's a super hard reservation to get, especially on a party night. We made ours 188 days ahead.

I tried for late Sept. BBB reservation and wasn't able to score an appointment either. CM said to try every day. She even refreshed the appointments 5Xs while I was on the phone to see if anything popped up. Super sweet gal. She said if all else fails, try the morning of the intended visit. Lots of people cancel 24 hrs in advance (plans change, kids get too tired, etc) to avoid paying the cancellation fee. Best of luck!
