Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique Price Increases

I think we got 10% off by using our Disney chase premium visa.

Can anyone confirm this? I know you get 10% off of merchandise purchases of $50 or more at the DLR. Maybe the BBB counts as merchandise?

I did call and confirm that the BBB counts as a merchandise item, so you can get 10% off the purchase when using your Disney Visa, Disney Premier Visa, or Disney Rewards Redemption Card. That helps a little.

So, has anybody had or seen boys dressed as knights from the BBB? I think that would be so cute for our son and can already hear him telling any princess we meet "Hi, I a knight" with that sheepish grin and thumb pointing to the chest that only a toddler can pull off.

Is there something similar for pirate dress up? I remember reading something about this but can't find any info on it. Dh and Ds LOVE anything pirates (DH wanted the first ride we go on to be POTC but I think DS might get scared of it first thing in the morning).

Thanks for any help

The Pirates League was a limited-time deal that ended 10/31.

As for boys who have done the knights' package, I present:

The knights' package is a great deal, and all three boys, 7.9yo, 5yo, and 2.8yo (who only bought the sword and shield, because he's too young for the makeover) enjoyed the entire process. (The 5yo especially gave great reaction shots for the PP+ woman during the magic reveal at the end.) But that enjoyment was eclipsed by how much fun they had in the parks as knights. :thumbsup2

Wow, thanks for the update. DD3 has been asking repeatedly for the BBB experience as she remembers DD6 getting it last year. Even with the 10% Chase Disney Visa discount, that's still over $100 for 2 girls for the Crown package. We ended up taking DD6's hair down that first night because of all the tension and my fear of breakage (there's an old BBB thread where several moms mentioned their DDs' hair breaking/falling out because the FGIT pull the buns up so tightly). So that is a lot of money to spend on one day's beauty!

Tigerlily, your boys are so cute especially clasping the swords together. I'm glad your boys enjoyed it.

We might have to skip it this year though since we're also paying for other family. This is DS's first trip so we might wait until the next one when he's a bit older. He also hates haircuts so I don't know how he'd do there either.

We might also be taking the next trip with my Goddaughter and/or DH's niece who are both a year older than he is so maybe they'll get the princess make overs and he can be their knight!
