I have an appointment for my DD (8) for BBB. She is fascinated with Mal from Descendants. She wants to wear her Mal costume to BBB. I am OK with that, but wonder what others might think since it is geared so much towards the traditional princess. What are your opinions? Thanks in advance!

Let her wear whatever she wants! The BBB has been wonderful every time I have been there with my sister and niece. The last time I took my niece she wore a princess dress that I had purchased before the trip that is not sold at Disney. It is such a fun thing for little girls and they make every single one of them feel special! Hope your daughter enjoys herself, I'm sure she will make a beautiful Mal!

Yes, this!!^^ My friend's granddaughter took a Moana costume to BBB. Moana is not at all a traditional "princess" and neither is my friend's granddaughter. So it worked out perfectly. Definitely let her proudly wear the costume of her choice
