Bib/ Waiver Forms/ Buses

I can't find any info on this. Sorry if its already out there. Getting nervous.

1. When will bib numbers and waiver forms be available. Or where?
2. Do I have to be on a sign up sheet for the morning bus. Or do I just show up wearing my bib number. I'm staying at POR.

This is my first time running at Disney so I'm trying the 5k.

1. Disney usually sends an email a few weeks before the race to let you know that waivers (which will show your race number) are available to download and print. I anticipate seeing them sometime next week.

2. Assuming that you are staying in a host hotel, check with the front desk when you check in to see where the special buses (the race buses are different from the usual Disney transportation buses and generally have a different pick up spot) and when they start running. You don't need anything special to get on the bus, but, of course you'll want to make sure you have your bib since you need it for the race.

Not sure if you saw the posts on the Princess 1/2 thread but waivers are now available. I did not get an email but the link is on the official website. You can see your bib number on the bottom of your waiver. Very exciting!

Final instructions are up on the Disney site, but the link is messed up. The half has the 5k instructions and I think the half are under the chEar link, just try them all 'til you get what you need.

I called rundisney yesterday morning about the pick up authorization and by late afternoon all link were fixed and authorization up.
