We went to Seaworld for one day on our last trip and didn't have the best time because we didn't know the ins and outs of the park like we do at Universal. We'd like to try Busch Gardens next time but I am affraid that we will have a similar experience. I am considering the 5 or 7 hour VIP tour so that we aren't wandering around wondering what to do next. Does anyone have experience with either and what are your opinions? Or any other BG tips. Thanks!

i was hoping someone would answer this as i have thought about it also.
staying at the UO resorts i can take the bus set up from my hotel to BG for only $10.

cheaper than renting a car

I have been to BGT several times. I think I never needed a VIP, just looked at the map and booked the fun feed the giraffes tour. As in any park, early and off busy times get the most of your time there. It is also hilly, and we have done the food meal some days, but most of the time, we just tour and do where we want. Been during the late summer and during the holiday week. And, my kids are coaster fans, and enjoy the park's coasters. We also enjoy seeing the animals.

Oh and Mac, we can discuss, my rental may be going there, and a passenger would not be an issue.
