Are the all you can eat food passes for counter service still being offered at BG and SW?

I'm not sure about BG, but we were just at SW last Friday and they offered the all you can eat plan!

How was the food quality and selection?

We actually didn't get this plan, we just ate counter service for lunch. I'd say the food quality was not as good as Disney counter service but probably typical for a theme park.
