I went to Kohls and Bath and Body Works yesterday since the BF sales started. It wasn't crowded at all and got the few things I wanted.

A few years ago we bought our Bosch dishwasher at ABT.com which is based in Chicago area. We live in NJ and they still had free shipping. It was a way better deal than any local store offered and back then it was tax free for us being out of state. I STILL love our dishwasher!
Last spring we bought a microwave from them and they have since stopped the tax free for out of state shoppers. Still was a great deal though.
I would buy from them again.

We live in Chicago and LOVE Abt! We get everything there...such an easy buying experience. They first time we went there about a dozen years ago, we walked in, found the TV we were looking for, asked for a price match and walked out with it in ten minutes.

Thank you both for the LL Bean info! Anyone else disappointed in how LL Bean hardly seems to offer much anymore? They used to have so much good stuff, but their inventory of what they carry has just been way down over the past few years. Anyway, Rakuten is 10% cash back for them today. On BF I open up Rakuten and UPromise and just click through whoever has the higher percentage back for wherever I'm headed to shop. I got what I wanted from Lego and Plow & Hearth, but no BF specials on either for my items. I used a pretty good catalog code from Plow though.

Are mammograms 50% off today? Or maybe a BOGO? You know, the right and the left?

You sound like us a few weeks ago with a washing machine. My DH went to Lowe's and told them just that - We need one that you have in stock and can deliver ASAP.

Well...I went out at 6am. Went to Walmart and Target. It just wasn't the same. Went to the mall and had no problem finding a parking space. By 9am I was ready to go back home.
Black Friday was VERY SAD this year.
