I agree, but think the OP's main point was that Raise's verified sellers are sometimes fraudulent.

Raise doesn't have "verified sellers". They verify the balance on the GC and that's as far as they go. They don't even check to see where the GC was purchased/obtained or how it was paid for.

Never guy a gift card from Raise that you don't plan on fully using in the next 100 days. They have been great on refunding my money when a card does not work as it supposed to. But I would not chance getting outside their 100 day guarantee with funds still on a card I bought from them.

Also any gift card i buy form raise in which you can transfer the funds to another card (Disney Cards), or use to buy other gift cards (AMC(Can use to buy other AMC cards at a Theater), Target, GS), I try to immediately move the funds over to a card that I purchased in person from an reputable dealer.
