I see that the usual tea/soda is offered with the fixed price Garden Grill meal. Do they have wine/beer available for an additional charge?

Yes, wine and beer may be purchased for an additional charge.
They even offer organic wines on their wine list.

Thanks! We will probably have had an adult beverage in the WS touring around that day, but I wanted to double check in case I want a glass of wine.
