Beverage Seminar Sign Up

So this is our first non-concierge cruise. What time do beverage sign ups open on boarding day?

They have always already been open by the time I boarded. As long as the main bar is open, they do the sign ups there.

In our experience, it has been around 12:30 or about an hour after general boarding begins. Check the Navigator they give you in the terminal for the exact time and location. We had an 11:30 boarding time on our last cruise (on the Magic in Northern Europe), and I got to Lumiere's about 12:30. This was also the place where they were handling dining changes and Palo reservations. The longest line by far was for the beverage seminars, but I was still able to book the ones we wanted.

I've boarded the Fantasy on several occasions, headed straight to La Piazza and the cast member behind the bar there has been ready to take reservations. I've never boarded later than 12:00 unless I was in Concierge and took my time getting to the port.
