Between Sci-Fi and 50s Prime Time...

My fam has been to both many, many times. Sci-Fi would probably be better for those ages, but I know when I was 9 I loved seeing my dad get yelled at by our "mom", "ucnle", or "brother"! I still do! haha! You also get to introduce them to the classic tv shows, such as I Love Lucy, My Three Sons, and The Dick Van **** show, because there are tvs at almost every table!

We love both for different reasons. If they are easily intimidated they might not enjoy the fun. They would enjoy the atmosphere at Sci-Fi.

I vote Sci Fi when going there for lunch, and Prime Time if going for dinner.
But for the kids -- I think they wouldlike Sci Fi better.

I agree 100%. We just returned from WDW 2 days ago and I ate at both places. My DH, kids and I LOVED the Sci Fi [and always have] much more.

I think we'll try Sci-Fi for sure but seeing what some wrote about Prime Time, that looks fun too. I know my kids would love to see their Mom or Dad get "reprimanded" Thanks for all your input

We just got back and we went to both restaurants. They are very different from each other. We did Sci-Fi for lunch and 50's for dinner (on different days!). The food is better at 50's, but I think my kids enjoyed the theming at Sci-Fi a little better. If you stick to burgers, fries, and shakes at Sci-Fi you can't go wrong. They were very good. I have to say that Sci-Fi was the quietest place we ate...I guess everyone is afraid to talk loudly because of the movies. They are very corny clips from old Sci-Fi movies (my kids couldn't believe that people actually paid money to watch them). 50's is a must do for my family, but we really enjoyed Sci-Fi. Either one is a good choice. If I had it to do over, I would do both again.

Definitely Sci-Fi for the kids. Then if the parents want to feel what it is like to be a kid again, go to Prime Time!!!
