Better to book online or by phone?

I need to book rooms, using the wonderful pin number, for my fam, my parents and my sisters-in-law (3 rooms total) for dates before and after our cruise in April. Would it be better to book this online (it appears that I would have to do it one reservation at a time?) or by phone? I have never used a pin before so this is all new to me.

I don't remember any place to enter a pin online- it probably needs to be done on the phone.

You can't book a pin online, only by phone.

Like others have said, you must call and make your reservations if you received a pin code. I always like calling and booking my Disney reservations anyway. Just makes me feel better when I talk to a live person.

I received my PIN by e-mail and was able to book my trip online.

If you're booking 3 rooms, it'd probably be easier to do by phone.

You can't book a pin online, only by phone.

It used to be that way.
but with the new PINs going out (I got one) they provide a link and the PIN is already in there, so it's very easy to book online.

however, in any case where there's something unusual about the reservation, I would suggest calling.
And with 3 rooms before and after the cruise....
definitely call instead.
