I was just wondering if anyone has had success booking a room in a specific category by calling the WDW number when that category of rooms shows "unavailable" online?
Our preferred choice was available on the Disney website last week but of course now that we're ready to book it shows no availability. I'm afraid I already know the answer to my question but thought I'd see if there's a possibility a phone CM might be able to see something that I don't see online. Any success stories?
