Better Hotel Rate: FL resident or AP Holder?

They are usually within a few dollars of each other with Ap being a couple dollars less most of the time.

But the rate that is out now for Sept is the same for AP and FL resident

Ap is usually like $5 less a night for value, but the specials running right now until Sept 30 are exactly the same
