I have been reading the website for sometime and have decided to join, have enjoyed reading all the tips etc.
Just wanted to post a warning about what has happened to us through the above company.
We have bought 4 x 21 days passes from the above company, we fly to Orlando on 28 May, and we have not yet received our tickets. We have been most persistent with best4attractions, e-mailing 2 weeks ago to find out when our tickets were going to be sent, down to ringing last Wednesday and being told they were on their way, and finally Saturday constantly ringing and getting an answer phone, and finally sending a snotty e-mail and finally getting a call back from the company saying the tickets would be sent to arrive Wednesday 25/5. Rang Tuesday to confirm that the tickets had been sent to be told they had not and that they did not have any tickets at present but were expecting a delivery today 25/5 and they would send them out Wednesday night.

I feel very let down by this company, as we are running short of time, my son is away on a school trip and we are having to go down to collect him on Friday morning to drive back to gatwick to stay overnight.

Any body has booked with this company, be very persistent with making sure your tickets arrive in time!!!

I will keep you posted whether we get our tickets or not, because it leaves us in a bit of a predicament, because we are staying at Disney world CRS RESORT.
 
I used these people and was in a similer situation to yourselves we go tomorrow didnt have tickets last thursday got a bit worried as i had called them on tuesday saying that i was a little concerned as time was getting on. similar answer that they were waiting on a shipment of tickets. but tickets arived friday morning so no need to panic. they leave it to the last minuete but we got them in the end. have a great holiday say hi if we bump in to each other.
 
I was really really worried something like this would happen with me. Anyway - it didn't and I got my Dis and Universal tickets way in advance of when I need them. BUT I feel really really sorry for you guys. This is all you need before you go on holiday. :sad2: :sad2:

I tried to order Sea World tickets from them at the weekend and the man answering the phone told me that they didn't have any and advised me to buy them in Orlando! :goodvibes :goodvibes He explained about the problems with suppliers. At least he was being honest I s'pose. Anyway ordered my tickets elewhere - hope that doesn't go wrong now.

We have rang this morning 9.30a.m they apparantly are still waiting for tickets to arrive, but they have promised they will be in the post a 4p.m, seem very sure of being able to supply something they havent received themselves yet???
 

Have they said what will happen if they don't arrive in time?

We ordered Universal tickets from them a few weeks back for DS and I have to say they were a nightmare. I had to chase them for ages to get the tickets.

they have said if they do not arrive at their offices today they will arrange for them to be sent from the wholesalers today by recorded delivery, but will not be able to contact us until after 4pm to confirm that this has been done!

Even if the tickets don't arrive we'll have to buy some out their and take it up with them afterwards, it will be a bit tight on the money as we have had to save for 5 years for this for my dh 50th birthday!
 
I would tell them you want them sent Special Delivery not Recorded. They can choose from 2 Special Delivery options, the first guarantees next day either before 9pm (I think!) or before 1pm.

Look at the small print on your booking, did they guarantee your tickets would be with you within x amount of days? Why don't you ask if they will agree to refund your debit/credit card today and book through either onlineflorida or orlando ticket deals. We have dealt with both no problem. Even ask if they will purchase them on your behalf from one of these companies and have them sent today, I think it's the least they can do!

Sorry you are having problems and I really hope it gets sorted quickly.

Had a telephone call from Best for attractions at 12.50pm and have been told that the tickets have been sent special delivery and will arrive before 1pm tomorrow.

I will write tomorrow whether I receive them or not.

Hopefully our tickets will arrive tomorrow but for future reference I will keep a note of both these companies, thanks for the recommendations.

Just wanted to add that my mum ordered tickets from this company and had no problems whatsoever - they were delivered by recorded delivery with days of her ordering. I think you have been unlucky and ordered at the wrong time.
 
My friends ordered from this company. They were told delivery would be in a couple of week. They arrived no problems.
 
Ok, I was starting to get a little worried until I read the last two posts here. :) Thanks for the heads-up guys. We're not leaving for a couple of months yet, but I'll keep an eye on them.
 
Just wanted to say that I've also ordered from best4attractions and have received the tickets without any problems. Also received the free meal vouchers for Planet Hollywood.

TICKETS HAVE ARRIVE AT 11.50 SPECIAL DELIVERY, BEEN SWEATING ALL MORNING TO SEE IF THEY WOULD COME OR NOT.

what a releif I can now think about something other than tickets, like picking up ds from his school trip.

Do they normally deliver Recorded?

I have got home today to find a card from the postman saying a record delivery item that needs a signature could not be delivered

Am expecting tickets from Best

Go in 10 days

Could these be them ??!!??
