Best/Worst studios at VWL??

We are taking 2 first timers to WDW in two weeks and want everything to be perfect! I will be 6 months pregnant and plan to spent the heat of the afternoon at the resort. I'd like recommendations (and rooms to avoid) for locations for studios. We will have two seperate rooms. Help please?? Thanks so much!

Hi,

We stayed in room 4531 (studio) and had a great view of the quiet pool and lake thru the pine trees. It is also close to the elevators. The room is across from the service elevator so there was some noise from mousekeeping as we were heading to the parks.

There is one studio on the 4th floor that does not have a balcony because of how the eaves are located. Also one studio has a great view of the dumpster.

While WDW is a tremendous tourist/vacation destination, it is still a resort run by humans. Just realize that you may or may not get the room of your dream, and you might have an unmagical experience with someone who has had a long day.

I just get nervous when I see things like this comment. Sometimes people hear about the magic and outstanding service that Disney provides and want to make sure they experience it fully, especially for the cost of the trip. But if you expect perfection, you're bound to be disappointed. On the other hand, you have every right to expect a first class vacation experience, and I'm sure you will.

VWL is a small resort, and the room farthest from the elevators is still not all that far from the main lodge. But given your condition, and the time of the year that you'll be traipsing through the parks, I'd ask for something near the elevators to make your trip to and from your room as easy as possible.
