Best World Showcase Restaurant

So, we're planning on visiting WDW this September. And I was wondering about the restaurants! Of course, I'm looking super forward to the World Showcase restaurants with trying lots of new foods. So, which is the best one? In terms of food, service, price, entertainment and setting? As of now, I'm most looking forward to trying the Le Celier Steakhouse and the Biergarten. But for those that have already visited, what was your favorite?

Marrakesh in Morocco is my favorite...

now if they had an Ethiopia pavillion (which they should) my opinion would change.
