I have a woods view room booked for the end of Sept. begining of Oct. Is there a specific room # I should request to view fireworks or will I be able to view from any woods view room?

If you are on a lower floor you will not be able to see the fireworks, plus your woods view room may face the villas, your best bet to view Fireworks from the WL, simply walk out the front door t  o the driveway or into the parking lot. View is great!!!

Had woods view room booked for last May. Someone on this board, thankfully, had suggested asking for a 5th floor room overlooking the otterpond in the North wing. It was the most beautiful room. We could see the Castle, the fireworks, Bay Lake, woods, the otter pond & the pagnaent all from our balcony. It was also very private & quiet.

pirate: We've stayed in the woods view and believe me, they do vary. Once a partial view of the Contemporary and the other overlooking the WL Villas. The previous poster was right. Now having said that, what I would do is request the highest floor that faces the Magic Kingdom which if I'm not mistaken will give you the 6th floor because the 7th is Concierge. It never hurts to ask. And be specific when you give your requests. I'm sure as you know that requests are not guaranteed. Good Luck, Chip.

I do think the 6th floor on the North side is smoking, so might want to keep that in mind...

Ask for room 5032 and if you get it, you won't be disappointed. Great view of the castle, fireworks, monorail and CR.

We were in 4001, and I can't imagine a better woods-view room. It was on the end of the building and faced Bay Lake. While we had to lean a bit to see the fireworks, we had a front-row seat to the EWP every night, and the geyser, and the boat dock, and the lake...it was so great. And very private.

You and several thousand other people who read the internet. The "secret" castle view rooms are common knowledge now. Just be happy if you're not overlooking a dumpster. :paw:

I was wondering the same thing!
