Just got back. The hotel employees could not have been nicer. Even the grounds crew greeted us around the property. This is an older hotel. The downstairs rooms do have hardwood flooring. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite upstairs. It does show its age. We didn't find any bugs or anything that I would call gross or show lack of care. The only issues was not all the outlets worked. Thankfully DH and I were able to split up charging our devices over the night and the early morning. Breakfast is huge. They were constantly replenishing. They do sell ART passes. The employees were very knowledgeable. ART picked up right outside the hotel. No issues with ART at all. If we are on a budget, we would definitely stay here again.

We used to stay there and I will also vouch for the employees. Really wonderful people.

As an FYI: we would just walk to the Toy Story Lot instead of doing ART. Saves a bit of money and the buses are more regular than ART sometimes.
